Great location. Walking distance to everything within old town. Rooms are basic but clean. Ours opened up to a very nice patio. It's not easy to find as Google Maps takes you to street below and you have to figure out you need to ring the bell next to a garage door. Breakfast was basic but good value.
Rooms are a little too basic for my taste. I wouldn't mind paying more for nicer furniture and flooring.

Fantastic beautiful location in old town a short walk to Alcázar castle and other sights; good breakfast; parking available at a charge. Comfortable, clean modern room. Luxury without luxury price.
Google directions are correct - but you need to know that as a hotel guest you can cross the main square by car where it says cars not allowed. There is a road sign stating this but difficult to see nex to the BIG "cars not allowed" sign...therefore I kept driving around looking how to get to hotel, until a local told me we could cross the square. Also would be nice if the hotel was more clear about this in the information and email confirmation. Also note that parking is free after 2pm Saturday and all day Sunday - if you can find a space - we did - very close to the hotel garage.

Great location and amazing view of the castle.
The property has a lot of potential to be beautiful and an exceptional place to stay, but the decor is a quite cheap and tacky 1970s style and the Staff were disinterested at best; one staff member was appallingly rude when my friend went into the reception to enquire about how to access the parking area. He held out his hand in front of her face and said "wait!" in a rude and brusque manner and continued to talk on the phone at length. Later when I asked this same staff member to dispose of a paper coffee cup for me (there were not trash bins in the reception), he rudely told me to find a bin on the street! This was one of the more expensive accommodations we took during our trip to Spain, and I had high hopes for a lovely stay. It is so disappointing and sad that the staff at this establishment are not better trained in hospitality and customer service.
