the location is close to everything like the aqueduct, the alcazar palace , the famous pastry shop Limon y menta that sell the signature seguvian pastry ponche is just right on the door step of the hotel , the cathedral too is just right in front of the e hotel, place s clean , airconditioned ,allowed us to check in with our 2 bicycles, i requested no air freshener room due to allergies the room was free of perfume/scented alike, very clean spacious

Location was brilliant, staff were attentive and approachable, breakfast was very good.
Space for luggage was awkward, air conditioning was an issue but was promptly repaired

Best central location in Historic Segovia, overlooking the Plaza Mayor and The Cathedral. Rooms are spacious and comfy, although slightly outdated, but location trumps it all.

We stayed in a good sized room with a small balcony overlooking the main square, which had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, we slept well in the comfortable bed and there was plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The bathroom had plenty of room to move around and toiletries were renewed every day. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and replaced tea, coffee and sugar etc whenever we needed them. Reception staff were very efficient, check in was speedy and they responded quickly to requests to bring the car to the hotel. Within walking distance to all the major sights which are well worth a visit. Lots of interesting shops and cafes surround the hotel, and although no food is available in the hotel, a nearby cafe sets up tables for breakfast/lunch etc each day, directly outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of a stay in Segovia.
