The location could not be better, a short walk to the cathedral and the aqueduct (opposite directions) and I mean short with our elderly 91 year old mother who was able to walk to both with ease. The room was well equipped and the en-suite included above and beyond stuff, toothbrush / comb etc, the view was over the hills behind the city where we watched hot air balloons half a mile away taking off over three days.
The bar was only open in the mornings (!) and the restaurant only Friday and Saturday night, we ate elsewhere and ample choice so it didn't adversely affect us.

This is an outstanding place to stay in Segovia. Right in the center across from San Martin.. the oldest church I Segovia... This hotel is historic as several start from the golden age stayed here when filming movies..
The front desk staff are available 24 hours and always helpful... the rooms are spacious... and while I am little embarrassed by this, the aircon was American level aircon... which was a blessed surprise after a hot humid walk in La Granja... and a roof top terrace with 360 views of Segovia was the icing on the cake
This is the smallest of things and probably was just user error on my part. It would be nice to be able to open the windows to get some fresh air... but in no way diminished the experience..
