Location, polite staff, leisure facilities, room size,
Staff a bit forgetful in terms of forgetting drinks and food on orders. Drinks making table bit small.
Booking.com stated had EV chargers on site which reception stated they never had (filtered to this on booking.com) and travel cot requested but no message received. Had to go back to reception and request one when we arrived

Lovely receptionist. Free parking and plenty of parking, great breakfast.
Room was a little bit humid, could do with being vented prior to arrival.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was exceptional value for money. £110 for a family room with a full hot buffet breakfast and use of the leisure facilities and pool is very difficult to beat in the current climate.
Our room was a bit tired but clean.

Overall not a lot. Initial impression from the outside is deceiving, a place with character and history, inside outdated especially the rooms, needs freshing up eg. A lick of paint for starters. Breakfast cheap and cheerfull like most places nowadays.
