Lovely warm welcome when we arrived, beautiful grounds, excellent room and facilities. Beds very comfy and room was pristine. All staff were warm, professional and so welcoming
Wi-fi went down in the evening which limited tv choices but don't blame the hotel. Also occupants of other room nearby were noisy but didn't continue into the night.

Room a little cold on arrival but soon warmed up

The breakfast was fine, but a little expensive. The location was ok for where we needed to be.
The internet was not good. The TV was a smart TV which needed the internet to be working, and because it wasn't we had no TV! The room was very small. It was advertised as having a seating area but it wasn't big enough for one. The bathroom was very small too. Very disappointed.
