Lovely, friendly and approachable people. Sarah greeted us and explained all the rules and expectations, couldn't do enough for us.
Housekeeping was spot on, fresh towels etc daily.
Great location, central to everywhere, which was ideal on a busy bank holiday weekend.
Feels a bit picky but the room was very small, bed was very "bouncy", a bit like sleeping on a water bed, and the tv was facing a blank wall, so difficult to see if needed.
