Great location, welcoming staff and pool was just perfect.
Would love to have a better view from the window, room was in some inside corner where there was nothing except stairs.

Breakfast was lovely. Thank you to the staff for adding a happy birthday sign to our door for my son, it was a lovely gesture that he really appreciated. Pool was clean and our room was lovely, thank you

The breakfast was good but the fried eggs are a bit hit and miss, sometimes fresh and sometimes a little "old".
The servers at breakfast on our first morning were a little too eager to clear out plates etc. We hadn't finished eating our last mouthful before the plates, cup and glasses were whisked away. The server didn't even ask if we were finished.

Public area in need of a revamp.
Not to bad all round for a victorian property.
