Front Desk Manager went out of her way to inform us; of a more disabled person friendly room for ease of mobility. She was kind and empathetic. The room was clean well-stocked; with a lovely seaview.
I did not like the plastic matress cover. It was excessively warm and slippy.

Location was perfect and within minutes from the beach and town centre. The room was very spacious and quiet from the traffic.
Parking was bit hard to find but overall I managed to park nearby.
Not suitable for wheelchair user as property has few stairs.

Location was excellent, decor a little dated but bed linen spotless as was the bathroom. We waited a little while to get access to the premises but hostess was lovely. No lift in the building and we were at the top which was 6 flights of stairs - something to bear in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Although there was one room at ground level which 2 of our party availed of. No breakfast available but that suited our party. Overall a good experience.
Decor a little dated and some background cleaning needed e.g. dust on skirting and behind toilet.
