Breakfast was big! Made with quality ingredients and cooked perfectly - absolutely delicious! The location is spot on - great views over the sea and Llandudno and the mountains - the Terrace is amazing - great to relax in the sunshine and watch the world go by.

Lovely position providing magnificent view. Spotlessly clean hotel.
Had a dripping shower but owners had called out a plumber. It did not affect our stay as shower worked and with the door closed we didn't hear the dripping outside of the bathroom.

This hotel was beautiful, rooms were comfortable ,spotlessly clean ,tea and coffee facilities were always replenish, Darren and Lisa were fantastic hosts, The breakfast was unbelievable,, Darren and Lisa couldn't do enough for you , great views would Definitely 100% recommend this Hotel and would 100% go back.Local to all emminites, a minute from the beach ,a couple of minutes from the town . Views were great .Thank you Darren and Lisa for a Fantastic stay .
