Wow what a lovely guest house. It’s in a superb position to discover everything that Llandudno has to offer. A few mins walk to the Great Orme Tram of to the Pier or to the shopping area. It’s also in a quieter part so a little bit easier to get a parking space.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing - one of if not the best breakfast we’ve had in a B&B or even 4/5 star hotels.
The host are lovely and nothing was too much trouble this is definitely a jewel on Llandudno and we would go back in a heart beat and will try to get back later this year.

Decoration is old and tired looking, could do with an upgrade. Water in the bath almost none existent
On returning to my room, found someone had been inside (probably staff), but the door had been left unlocked, as a solo female traveller this made me feel very uncomfortable. Didn't want to contact the owners as it was late, one of the drawbacks of not having reception staffed 24/7
Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh, although only available for a short window.

We had a very good stay and the b&b is very conveniently located so it was easy to walk to all attractions including the Pier, beach and gallery.
Attractive building with a garden with plenty of seating, and lots of plants and flowers for interest.
Jose was very helpful, and was a human dynamo when tending to everyone’s requests at breakfast. Superbly made scrambled eggs and lovely freshly made fruit salad.
I’m a bit neurotic about parking: and while we always found somewhere to leave the car it was a bit of a gamble while competing with all the other tourists over the bank holiday weekend, as there was no charge on the street.
As it is an old building the stairs are quite steep, something to bear in mind if you have any aches and pains!
I would strongly recommend the accommodation.

Enjoyed our short stay, Great location was lucky in being able to park right outside. Loved the Welsh breakfast & the fruit salad was equally as good. The only gripe would be that they ask you what time to expect you & they are not ready to book you in. Was informed the room was not ready & either go for a walk or sit outside to 30 mins. Which is not that much of an inconvenience but when you are allowed to your room, you are met with bundles of dirty linen & towels outside bedroom doors. Not a good start it may have been because staff had let them down but at the end of the day it's not very welcoming. That aside would recommend & if ever in the area would go back to stay.
