Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts from the welcome we received and they catered for my wife well who has a gluten intolerance. It was also good that they had parking available when we arrived which is a bonus for Llandudno and was even offered the option of charging my electric car up on there charger. They are located minutes away from the shopping areas and the seafront and we would have no hesitation in booking there again when we choose to stay in Llandudno.

Room quite small. Basic bathroom, lack of shelving. Poor tv reception.complimentary biscuits would of been nice.

- windows could be opened in the room and in the bathroom, thus we were able to get fresh air
- a chance of an Indian breakfast (if you are lucky)
A hotel run by an Indian family that has seen better days! Majority revisions required.
1. Breakfast: misleading photos on booking.com
- the coffee machine is just decoration and cannot be used. The water tank was empty and when another guest asked to use it, they said that they has run out of coffee beans. Hard to believe, that you cannot buy coffee beans within 4 days!!! They simply didn't want customers to use it and gave you a cheap can of coffee instead.
- timing: early breakfast is not possible. Even though they ask you when you want to have breakfast and you choose their earliest time slot they are not ready, it took them 40 min. to get the English breakfast, even though we ordered the day before using their Google forms link.
- google forms: it doesn't matter what you click because the have forgotten to check the day after (technical difficulties all the time). Maybe because their boss (mother) was not around and the younger generation doesn't seem to be interested in this job
- saving budget? Toast in original Tesco packaging and very very limited continental options.
- Indian breakfast: we booked due to the photos of the Indian breakfast on booking.com. Yet, it was only available on one day and looked nothing like on the photos. Would have still taken it again, as the breakfast was otherwise very dissapointig, but it wasn't avaliable on the other two mornings.
2. Air quality: the corridor smelled burnt in the morning (coming from the kitchen) and too perfumed during the rest of the day
3. Parking: what is supposed to be a parking space for 3 needs to be used by all guests, thus usually 6 cats park there. It is very narrow option, with cars parking behind another car, thus they wouldn't be able to leave unless the car behind leaves first. If you park in the first row, people struggle to get into the hotel and hardly make it woth luggage. Parking on the street despite a yellow line wasn't an option either. Either way, it sucks.
