Location, hot water, good breakfast, lovely staff comfy bed
No lift, seaview was misleading, sofa in room too soft to sit on, not enough pressure for shower or toilet

We were out all day , only slept at the hotel and had breakfast. We were meeting lots of family members during the daytime.
We were meeting with family who were in other hotels and air B &B, we were late meeting up due to the long wait for breakfast at the hotel. Ordered at 8 am waited for 50 minutes for breakfast to arrive. Told it was because I had ordered poached egg !

Excellent location , lovely room, nice view and spacious. Breakfast was great nice selection and good service.
Only downside is the Wi-Fi is hit and miss

Breakfast was OK but cooked breakfast very slow arriving to table after you ordered it
I didn't realise there wasn't a lift when I booked it I just went by the location and we were on the top floor wasn't very good for us has my husband as had 2 new hips in the last 10 months and I suffer with ostiathritus.Very dated hotel and shower wasn't the best.Not very much communication from the staff we were given our room key told what time breakfast was and that was it.No conversation you felt you were just a number no time to ask you where you came from are you enjoying yourself or anything the sort of thing you expect from a host.
