Absolutely spotless accommodation. Very pleasant hosts. Lovely breakfast. Amazing location. Good amenities. Can’t fault it. Highly recommend.
Rooms are a little small but this is because they all now have en suite which is preferable to sharing a bathrooms. Parking is a problem but it can’t be helped. That’s all of llandudno for you. None of this is the hosts fault and didn’t detect from the experience.

In a good location & the room was nice & comfortable.
The shower was very good and the room was cleaned & the bed made each day of our stay.
Breakfast was lovely each day.
The lack of parking was frustrating. We did manage to park on the side of the road but had to walk a fair way, which is quite awkward with luggage.

We stayed here for two nights as a couple which was our second stay here. Again, we weren't disappointed at all. It is the most spotlessly clean property in all areas with a lovely hot breakfast provided. Attention to detail with little touches such as a large bottle of water provided in your room and tea/coffee is nice. We stayed in the king sized room which is very spacious, has a comfortable bed/pillows and is very light & airy. The property has an excellent location in Llandudno with easy access to shops,bars & restaurants which are located around the corner. Mandy & Dave are excellent hosts & we would definitely recommend the property to anyone who is thinking of booking it. This will always be our first choice now when staying in Llandudno.
