Breakfast was excellent.
The location was too...a stone's throw from the pier and the beach and prom.
Julia was so friendly and very helpful indeed. .thank you Julia for a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this family owned boutique hotel.

The location and the generous size of the room
The shower. A bit difficult to regulate the temperature from the outside so, if you are not careful, you can get it wrong and have the water either too hot or too cold.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent. Room was spacious and clean.
Parking was tricky. Bedroom chairs were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable if sat for a long time.

The people there are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Absolutely lovely. The fan in the room wad a nice touch
Sadly the sea view isn't a sea view. Its a view of trees across the road..
The bathroom in the room we were in was very compact ( being kind) The sink was tiny and I could barely use it as every time I bent down towards it I hit my head on the small cabinet above it.
Could perhaps provide a bit more space for the hot drinks area. The only place to refill the kettle was from the tiny sink. We resorted to using bottled water.
