We liked everything about this Guest house. It was beautiful inside & out. The décor & furniture were fab. It was lovely & clean & fresh. The bed linen & towels had a gorgeous smell. We had a large ground floor room with very comfortable beds & the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was cooked to perfection & very well presented. Had everything you needed. The hosts were nice & friendly, two very nice guys & their Mum. The location was great very close to everything. It was a bonus too that there was a car park so you can leave your car there safely. Can't fault the place. Loved it & would definitely stay there again if we were in Llandudno. Highly recommend. Thanks Karl & Lee for making it a very comfortable stay.

Honestly cannot fault anything about the entire stay. Spacious room, perfect hosts, tasty breakfast, lots of little extras, immaculately clean and free parking. Thank you Lee and Karl for looking after us and making us feel welcome in your home.
