Well presented guest house. Home from home, clean room, lots of space in the room, nice facilities, comfy bed, great night sleep each night. Sheridan and Mark were outstanding they’re so welcoming always had a smile on their faces.
Front windows could have been insulated slightly more in bedroom as there was some noise that passed through from the road

We were pleasantly surprised with location and the whole hotel. Beautiful staff and the decor is fantastic. We were also surprised when we got to our room as it was a mini suite. Overall 100%

Quiet position yet very close to many amenities, beaches, sea views, shops and promenade.

Mark and Sheridan were very helpful and friendly . The location was within easy walking distance to town and the sea front. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable. Ensuite shower room was perfect for us . Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.self service for fruits , cereals etc but table service for main .
