Friendly and proactive staff. My bedside light stopped working and within a couple of hours this was dealt with. Help with luggage without having to ask.

Great food
Two door keys, one for the room and one for the outer door that looked very alike. One could be coloured to help discern which was which.
A couple of items on the menu were written on a dark blue background that made them tricky to read.
