Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for our trip. Staff very nice.

A great property, easy to find.
The room was lovely. Tastefully decorated and very clean.
The breakfast was delicious.
The hosts were great, lovely friendly people, very accommodating.
There wasn't any fruit tea in the room, just normal tea and coffee, neither of which I drink. However, I could have asked for some.
I found the pillows a little hard.

Car parking on site, proximity to the venue we were going to, lovely rooms with comfy beds & a great breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast was okay.
Disappointed on arrival to be allocated an 8am slot - not what we wanted or expected.
Difficulty in opening and closing the curtains in the room, which we brought to the attention of the owner.
