The breakfast, the stuff, my room was properly cleaned, ohh my room was fantastic i don’t want to lie🥰
My bathtub and sinks were liking but they tried to fix that issue

The staff were absolutely excellent and very friendly and helpful , they smiled and very helpful.
Location is excellent with lots of nice restaurants near by in Gardens area.

Classy.
Reception staff was very loud, always making noise amongst themselves about their private conversations. I found this strange and very unprofessional. Also, the music from the neighbouring establishment from 7pm to 4am every night, the hotel needs to address this through the municipality. We had the same problem when we stayed there in December and didn’t raise it because we thought it was because of the festive season.
