Would stay again. The room was very clean and serviced every day, thank you. The team were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is about 10mins walk from Manzoni Metro station.
We walked from Rome Termini and regretted it. It is easier getting metro from Termini to Manzoni then 10 mins to the hotel.

Only 8 min walk to the subway and tram!
The room is cute but small. However for 1 or 2 nights its good enough. They off complimentary breakfast, which we didn’t use so can’t tell what it was. But thought it was a nice touch to the stay. Staff is friendly and responds fast.

Confusing hotel booking: We book Hotel España, but we had to do the check in at Hotel Infinito. There are no staff at all / around to ask question (i.e where is the milk at breakfast) ...
Breakfast: very (very poor). Coffee machine did not work, I had to add water. Had to find and add coffee grains and look everywhere for milk - which could not find. You have some croissants or donuts, marmalade tea bags and that's pretty much it.
Room - hostel style: More than an hotel, it feels like an upgraded hostel. Very small bathroom. The lavabo is almost on top of the toilet, literally you can put your head on it while seating in the toilet. Shower are very small too and door did not close properly. TV placement (close to the ceiling) and size (small) made it useless to see from the bed.
