The hotel is beautiful, modern, fresh and clean. We had the most amazing corner suite with spectacular views of all of Sunny Beach. I must say that this is our second time here and Simona on reception has been fabulous both times. She is a credit to the hotel and her customer service is not only outstanding but you can tell, she really cares about the guests and that smile is infectious!
Nothing except that of you want to go to the strip then it’s a walk.

Beach room breakfast was very good beach was well situated for the guests the man dealing with the bed was first class he helped with any problems with my pool umbrella beach kept clean

Great location right on the beach with private beach access - which is what you want for a beach holiday. Parking was also excellent - being right on site (you have to be let in by the hotel staff as there is a retractable bollard). It is however not undercover. Staff were all lovely and obliging.
Breakfast was poor for a 5 star property. As previously mentioned by others, the property is becoming dated - rooms were OK but definitely would not be considered luxurious. Sea view balcony was perhaps the best thing about the rooms. Floors felt grimy and sandy (it is beach resort but still, we expect more for what we pay).

I really enjoyed the breakfast.
I did not like that we hadn't had any facilities at the hotel. They claimed that at least they had spa and wellness facilities at the location but nothing was available at thr location. They claimed that they were in process of hiring some staff.
