The rooms are big, bathroom as well. Cleaning service can be improved. Decent food. Pools were ok, although closing at 6PM which we found strange.
No water in the rooms and only water available was at dispenser in plastic cups, in theory they wouldn't allow you to fill your own bottles, cannot imagine why. The drinks offered were bad quality, the food was only decent. The entertainment is very bad, although the young team of entertainers were trying their best...the evening atmosphere was sad overall. Looks like they offer all inclusive but they want to capitalize on everything, including buying water. We had a birthday one day and we asked in the morning for a piece of cake to put a candle on it and sing Happy Birthday so they went on an asked almost 70 euros for a full cake, putting us in the spot, saying that they ordered the cake for us (!!) That was a first time ever something like this happened to us in a hotel.
