O experienta placuta.

Raport bun calitate-pret. Mancarea in general gustoasa si suficienta (cu exceptia preparatelor care contin carne tocata- condimentele care dau gustul local nu se discuta). Personalul simpatic. Amplasat relativ aproape de plaja, 350 m daca ocolesti hotelurile de la malul marii, 250 m daca o scurtezi prin receptia lui Glarus (un coridor cu magazine si exchange, nu se uita nimeni ciudat daca treci pe acolo). Piscina e mare, curata, ideala pentru persoanele care nu stiu sa inoate, are inaltimea maxima de 1,20 m.

La cati romani se cazeaza la acest hotel ar fi un semn de politete daca s-ar include in grila de programe TV si un canal romanesc (exista canale din foarte multe tari, inclusiv estice).

Not so good

Good location, Great Animation Team, food variety, snack bar, comfy beds

Paid for the room with terrace and became room without, although I paid extra. Reception staff little rude and very unwelcoming, cleanliness in the room not so good. In the foto you can see the lipstick on the sealed glass. At the check out I handed the card of the room to the reception and the man just look at me and said " That's it!" Not even good bye! Well I guess they know we'll never come back there.

Very poor

The beach .

We had a four night resevation,but the second day all of my fammily member get sick from the food . Not just us , many other guests as well. We decided to had home where my wife and my children had hospitalization . No refound from the hotel or from the booking for the ramaining nights. Thank you .

excellent hotel for the money, much better than expected

The best about this hotel were employees. I’ve never experienced such nice, kind, helpful employees before. Food was good for the money, not so much but enough. I really liked that they had allergens listed on every meal. They also provide you gluten fre bread. Food was tasty. Ice cream every lunch, dinner. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach app 5 min, in very silent location, also close to bus stop, everything can be reached in 5 minutes. There were many activities during the day, animation team was perfect. Room was spacious, cleaned every day, however towels were changed every second day. Our balcony door were broken, so it was hard to open/close sometimes. Cleaning lady was very kind.

- you had to pay for the sunbed’s mat at the pool or you could lie/sit on hard beds - no sweets for gluten-free people

We loved out stay - most of al, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food (a lot of healthy options for children), comfortable room and a big shower room. We had no problem parking near the property, but private parking is available on site as well.

Great value for the buck in the off season

Food was excellent even when there were just few people in the whole hotel there were several options to choose from. Drinks were average but we managed to overcome that with numbers of drinks. Great value for the buck. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The quality Verity and availability of food and drink throughout the day. And all public areas were spotless inside and out

avoid. stay somewhere else if you dont want to go to bed for 9pm

no entertainment for the kids. no music after 9 & over all very ignorant miserable staff who are not interested in helping you what so ever. if u want a family hotel this is not in your best interest to stay here there is nothing at all for kids to do

Exceeded expectations! Cleaning service needs improving

The services were amazing. Awesome food...we couldn't get enough of everything we had. Varied and delicious. Beautiful location and conditions along with welcoming staff at a reasonable price. Big kudos to Hristo and Niki at the bar for excellent service Would definitely recommend and return to the location on our next visit

The cleaning was a bit lackluster. The only cleaning they did was taking out the trash. Similarly, they only restocked our shampoo and soap only upon request. Some of the towels they handed us were dirty as well. Not all the rooms had hairdryers inside More cleaning ladies that speak english would help out a lot!

Even if you have a booking it is not guaranteed.

The food was ok. The only thing ok at this hotel. Also the bartenders were nice.

We have booked 4 double rooms for 8 persons with more than 6 weeks before our holiday and we payed in advance. The night before our holiday, at 11.00 pm, the manager of the hotel sent us a message in which she said that we cannot benefit for our 4 double rooms anymore and she will give us 2 suites. Those suites are for 3 persons, not for 4. We were already on our way to the hotel when we received the message. In the morning I tried to talk to the manager of the hotel via booking, explaining why I don't consider ok this option (we booked 4 double rooms to have couple privacy, to have our own bathrooms, and because we made our booking with more than 6 weeks before). The manager told us that they overbooked the hotel, but because she understands us, she consider fair the 2 suites option. If I made the booking two days before I was ok, but we made our booking 6 weeks before, not ok. We were already in Bulgaria, so we didn't had other options and we accepted. When we arrived at the hotel, we met the manager and she said "we could have left you on the streets" with a smile on her face and that she will not charge us extra because the suites are more expensive than the double rooms. I didn't say anything. We went to our suites, and one of the suites didn't have a door between the rooms, it was open space. The suites have only one double bed, and a horrible sofa. We asked for two extra beds, one for each suite. They brought two extensible armchairs the next day. Again, not comfortable at all. Besides this unpleasant situation, we have left the sign on the door to refresh our suite. The service lady took the sign and put it inside the suite, but she didn't changed nothing, she brought only some toilet paper. In 5 days, our towels were not changed. We don't have 5 stars pretensions, I consider these as some claims that should be met in every hotel. I understand that they serve local drinks, but the drinks are horrible.

Lack of seriousness!

The food was good.

We were accommodated in a small apartment with a bed and a small sofa. Very uncomfortable! I didn't pay for something like that!

Not the best holyday

The rooms were clean and the pool was nice

The food was the same everyday, not the best, but it was fine. The biggest problem was that we were 22 ppl that booked at this hotel, but 5 of them didnt got their rooms, they put them in other hotel way further, with worse rooms and even worse food for 2 days after that they moved them back at our hotel but it was a very unpleasent situation for all of us in all this time the manager was not professional she yelled at us when we asked for our family bracelets earlyer so they could take the launch!(it was 1:00pm and the checkin was at 14:00). In conclusion, be careful becouse you can pay but not get the rooms.

Very dissapointed with the services and the staff

-Location

-We found MOLD in the cakes at breakfast -According to the program and information page that we have in our room the lunch is available until 14:30. We wore at the restaurant today at 14:05 to eat , but they told us that the luch is up until 14. We asked just some carrots and a patato for the baby( she is 1) and they told us that the restaurant is closed.After speaking with the manager they gave us some simple pasta with a bit of feta. Lack of diversity in food. They have a playroom for kids near the pool,messy, moldy and terrible. yes, it was a 3 star hotel, but mold in food I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
