Great manager, nice and understanding putting herself in the guests shoes :) Thanks for the help on the check in! Property green, kids friendly. Like oasis in the middle of this desert sunny beach 😂😅 also dog friendly and nice sustainable playgrounds

The pools are amazing and the gardens, really nice

The property, the facilities, the pool, the children's playgrounds, the food (we had breakfast and dinner), absolutely everything was fantastic,there are also restaurants inside the complex, a store.The food was varied; at least dinner was different every evening, breakfast was varied, everything was freshly made. I was really pleasantly surprised when we entered the reserved apartment (it was located with a view of the main pool, and there was even a piano and saxophone concert on two nights). It is a small town full of greenery, with pools for all ages and private access. If you want to go to the beach (although there's not much reason to, given the facilities inside), it takes about a maximum of 15 minutes to walk there at a leisurely pace.I highly recommend it.
I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.
P.S:Pay more attention to cleaning the rooms, changing the towels, and make breakfast more varied (even though we liked it and the items were fresh, it was the same every morning)

The resort very beautiful.
Nice pools and gardens
The staff not attend to the visitors.
We asked several times to clean our room.
In 8 days of stay they clean it 1 time.
We asked in advance for a baby cot.
Once we arrived they told us no one can provide a baby cot as the relevant department work till 18.
We paid for room for six , baby included in the guest list but we had to pay extra for the baby cot - why? Don't know.
Restaurant of dinner and breakfast very basic.
Forks not always available even when restaurant empty.
Kids have minimal options to choose from.
In total facilities very nice but staff seems not working as expected whech affect the overall experience .
Level of service very poor and this is shown in really in contrast to the beauty of the place.
Have a lot of potential ....
