It’s the second tine we come here and that is because it provides all in one place: food&drinks, pools, beach front, spa and restaurants for dinner. It’s also close to Nesebar and other tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and look quite new.
The Asian restaurant was a bit disappointing. However it was a bonus, so it’s not affecting the overall rating.

Very clean staff wonderful.
The food was very limited in the evenings. One restaurant which was buffet, one other restaurant so difficult to get into. Only operating certain days. The lift system is awful, so many people complaining,

Pools were good
Staff very rude and don't know basic things about the hotel. I booked preferred club, no-one told me what that meant and tbh I didn't find this worth it at all. There was a sunbed area for this but it wasn't staffed so you didnt need the upgrade anyway. No better restaurant for preferred club either. The room was good but shower head wasnt great in my one (1103). Its just a basic hotel really and marketed like its luxury and premium. Used the buffet restaurant and it was pretty good. Staff really let it down, they just don't care, not sure if thats just how Bulgarians are
