The hotel, food and beach were nice and the entertainment team was amazing: Gabi, Bobi and team did a fabulous job.
Some things in the room were not working for me but nothing too important.

Location, relaxation, views, staff help, nice room excellent size of balcony, close to outside shopping and restaurant and cafes , so many swimming pools and have good Gym. In door foods were very delicious for the three meals.
No available trash cans in the rooms hallway and near the elevators. Jacuzzi provided with money not part of free services. Massage facilities need to be expanded with more rooms and staff, always crowded and very hard to find slot within same day

Nice location near to the beach, nice hotel with many outdoor pools, a lot of vegetation, natural shadow. Big room, well equiped, nice balcony with very nice sea view.
Very poor food and drink level, lower than cantine. Dirt in the dining area, the food was prepared as for animals, poor quality cuttlery. A lot of dirty glasses, napkins and dishes left by the customers in common areas especially in the lobby and the coridors from every floor, that were not cleaned by cleaning staff. Very low level of the guests, most of them without elementary common sense. The beach of the hotel very far away in a crowded area. We left the location after 2 days, even if we had booked for 8 nights. Its a no go for the future, please avoid!
