The private beach is practically on the doorstep, and there are always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The location is absolutely unbeatable—perfect for those lovely evening strolls. Our family room felt spacious.
Throughout our stay, the poolside sunbeds were consistently unavailable due to guests "reserving" them with unattended towels. Although staff assured us this practice was prohibited, no action was ever taken to clear the loungers, making it incredibly frustrating to find a place to relax! The drinks are of very poor quality.
The worst part of our trip was on our last day. After vacating our room, staff gave us an ultimatum: leave the hotel immediatelyn at 11:00 am or pay for an extra all-inclusive package and €60 for parking. I've never experienced such an unwelcoming policy. It is very common for resort and seaside hotels to allow registered guests full access to pools and beaches. At least, that's been my experience so far.
