The location is absolutely superb—right on the main road, directly in front of the beautiful Wolfgangsee Lake. 🩷
The property also has its own private beach, and the views from there were simply out of this world! 🌊🏔️ There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including private boating, SUP boards, and comfortable beach chairs where you can simply sit back and soak in the views.
And the rooms..Just wow! ✨ Beautiful, comfortable, and with views that make the whole stay feel extra special. Definitely a place I’d highly recommend!

There is a fairly upscale feel to this hotel, with an incredible breakfast in the restaurant, which also serves fine dinners (expensive and small portions though). The swimming dock is crowded with deck chairs but somehow we always got a good spot and the patrons were very civil The scenery and turquoise water of St. Wolfgang is fantastic. Our suite was very nice, clean, comfortable. The location is very good for taking the cogwheel train up the Schafberg or ferries to other towns on the lake.
There is no AC and the July nights were not as cool as one would expect in the mountains; just something to keep in mind. It was also a little more removed from the pedestrian area of St. Wolfgang than I expected, about 15 minute walk, not too bad.

Hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake.
The rooms were too hot to sleep at night. Very uncomfortable should have better cooling.
