I had a great, beautifully decorated room with the balcony facing the town square, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean bathroom with the full bath. Excellent breakfast and dinners at the hotel restaurant. The hotel's spa is the best with the lake pool and access to swimming in the lake's very clean water. Hotel staff was very nice, knowledgible and helpful. I wish I'd stay longer.
There is no air conditinners in the rooms, so it could be hot during a hot sommer days, however, keeping winows and a balcony open at night was very helpful.

The location and the direct access to the lake via the spa was fantastic. The staff was very devoted and helpful, especially Hr. Stefan from the reception desk! Also the sommelier at the restaurant and bar was extremely hospitable.
The suite was updated, clean, air conditioned and had a Great Lake view.
The first room we were offered did not live up to the standard of what a hotel at this price class should offer. Old bathroom, very used up furniture and smelly. We asked for another room and were offered a suite for an upcharge.

Great location, beautiful view
The church bells ring every hour all night. If you open the windows, it is impossible to sleep. If you close them, there is no AC and it’s too hot.
