Location was perfect. It's a short walk to the lake and Sankt Gilgen. We had two rooms, one with a balcony. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. The views from the third floor room were spectacular.
There's no kettle though and I had to pay for hot water for a drink. A bit disappointing for the price. There is a fridge in the hall, we found useful for storing drinks etc . We were half board and the food was very good. Parking was plentiful. It's opposite a small supermarket for lunchtime snacks. The spa and swimming pool are lovely. Robes were provided.
It was very hot during our stay. Our ground room wasn't too hot but the third floor was very warm and only a fan is available to cool the room. The door to the balcony couldn't be opened due to the number of wasps in the eaves. I think the hotel needs to invest in air conditioning.
We had a child in the room who slept on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. She stayed free but I wouldn't have been happy if we'd paid extra for her.
The outside space was overrun with wasps, so many we couldn't sit outside.
The hotel appeals to an older crowd, so was a bit quiet for us. Not the hotel's fault but I prefer a hotel with more mixed ages.

Very pretty location with a view of the lake. Everything pristinely maintained. Pretty dining room with and outdoor area. Really nice swimming pool. We had a room with a sitting area and a small balcony that looked out over the lake.
Sister wished there was AC.

This hotel was perfectly situated. The view is spectacular. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is also quite good. Overall, I was really happy with our stay. My kid loved the pool.

The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery and in a very nice location. The lake is lovely, and the dinner buffet was also very good.
The hotel caters more to an older crowd and isn’t particularly kid-friendly. There is no fridge or kettle in the room. The bed was quite uncomfortable, as were the pillows.
The biggest downside for us was the lack of air conditioning. It was really hot during our stay, and having AC would have made a huge difference.
