It was fully equipped (from cooking oil to bin bags to cooking foil); comfortable bedding.
Fantastic warm swimming pool!
No air conditioning (even though its not in the description, it was really hot during heating wave); no laundry possibility (we stayed for 8 nights, once owner agreed to help with laundry, for the second time - got angry at us for asking); no cleaning service during the weekend (even though its not stated anywhere that we cannot ask for cleaning during the weekends). The guy expressedly showed when he was not happy about our requests for cleaning or laundry.
The promised fruits meant a few apples standing there for a week which ended up with 1 lonely apple. So this is really an overpromise.
Its far from the town/lake. You need to drive and parking is an issue in the town.

Lovely view of the lake.
Rooms were all a good size, nice bathroom.
Swimming pool was perfect for our kids.
Nice location, in a nice area. 15 minute walk to the lake and centre. (Uphill on the walk back - but that gives you the nice view)
Parking available, 2 supermarkets less than 5 minute walk.
Kitchen compact but had everything we needed.
It was unusually hot and humid whilst we stayed here, a fan for the bedroom might have helped.

I think this place would be great for locals/families/groups. St. Gilgen is a beautiful town that is close by
I would have preferred better communication. It was poor and delayed. We never got our salzburg pass, as promised, despite paying the city tax (cash in an envelope?) No front desk, not very friendly man who showed up to give us our key. He seemed a bit inconvenienced by our arrival. I would have preferred an actual hotel with reception and in the small downtown. No cleaning, and when I requested (it said available on request), they again seemed put out, and said there "may be additional fees" . Walls were thin could hear all the neighbors.
