Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service beim Frühstück ist super schnell und freundlich. Tolle Hotelpoolanlage. Gute Busverbindung direkt am Hotel nach Kos Stadt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas enttäuschend. Ich war auch eine Nacht im Schwesterhotel Diamond Boutique und das Buffet in dem 4 Sterne Hotel hat mir persönlich besser gefallen. Etwas Staub auf den Schränken.

Großzügige Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Poollandschaft. Den Blick haben übrigens alle Zimmer. Hochwertige Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Badezimmerutensilien usw. vorhanden. Gute Betten.
Sehr aufmerksames Personal mit immer einem lächeln im Gesicht.
Für das Meer besteht ein eigener Zugang mit komfortablen Liegen. Handtuchservice für immer frische Handtücher am Meer oder Pool. Eigener Spa mit allen erdenklichen Behandlungen.
Das Frühstück alleine bekommt 10 Sterne. Aber auch die ganzen Gerichte im Restaurant oder an der Bar "Sehr Gut". Empfehle alles durchzuprobieren. Wir blieben nur 11 Tage und wären gerne länger geblieben.
Großes Lob an das Management für das geschulte Personal.
Übrigens: Am letzten Tag kann man auch nach dem Auschecken baden gehen, die Handtücher benutzen usw., da es hierfür eigene großzügige Duschen und Umkleideräumlichkeiten gibt. Großer Luxus. Könnten viele Hotels was lernen.
Zu viel gutes Essen! Die Waage im Badezimmer ist auch keine Hilfe um sich zu beherrschen ;-)

I loved the pool and the restaurant.
The staff were kind in general in the beginning but they gave me a room I did not book, offering it as an upgrade. I only found out when we reached the room. It was never discussed with me and I didn’t really like the room. After I asked for the room I booked for she started making faces and brought forward the fake plastic smile instead of being genuine and all that because they didn’t have my room ready as they were cleaning it after we got there. We had to wait for the room to be ready for an hour plus all the time we spent to the other room and they messed up our plans for the night. In general we didn’t feel very welcome to this hotel and to top it off they called a taxi for a transfer and the taxi was waiting outside for 15 minutes which we had to pay for the wait. So no I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as people choose signature hotels for unforgettable nights but this was unforgettable for the wrong reasons. It was our anniversary and they absolutely destroyed our night.
