Staff very pleasant, room was lovely and location excellent. No noise despite being in the Centre of town.
I am not sure if they had a lift or if it was out of order but had to use stairs to second floor which was fine except for one section of stairs about 7 steps which were spiral and very small and no handrail to hold on to. Found these difficult. Carpark very small with very little room to manoeuvre.

Everything except for no fridge in the room and no elevator in the building - especially friendly staff and a newly furbished bathroom were great

Lovely clean room and bathroom, good value hotel parking, location superb and staff were very friendly and efficient. Very comfy bed.
No mirror on wall above dressing table area, which would have been nice.

Martin was the best and super helpful with storing our luggage before and after check-in. We even stayed again on our way back from the festival mainly because of Martin.
