The staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely exceptional.
The car parking arrangement could be made clearer. I thought that by inputting my car reg I was booking car parking, but this was not the case. I had to separately ask to pay for the car parking arrangement.

Room perfect - clean and comfortable.
Nothing. Self checkout was no problem. Only issue was had to remember the number - fortunately I did.

Comfy beds, clean
Impersonal, virtually no interaction on check in and checkout. The room only set up for one person rather than two on booking (one glass, towel etc). Breakfast was ok but didn’t go out of their way to meet vegetarian/vegan needs. Just want good value for money.
