Because the location was perfect being near the train station as we were going newbury races. The breakfast was fine the staff was helpful

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
The tv in my room would turn on at around 3-4 am every night during all 4 nights of my stay. I have reported the issue to the reception, but the problem couldn't be fixed during my stay. The tv was not fixed, I was not offered another room, not even a sleep mask to prevent me from waking up from the screen light. Instead, I was offered a one night refund which didn't matter as it was a work trip. I didn't get to sleep well, which resulted in being sleepy during the day. Low score is to the staff that was not client oriented and couldn't fix a simple tv.
