Breakfast was very good, room clean and comfortable,

i understand we got the last room available however as disabled having to go up 4 flights of stairs was difficult, Hotel should maybe state not very disable friendly.

We had room no 7, which has a balcony overlooking the sea. It was fun to sit and watch the surfers in the sea. The room was lovely, really big and well appointed, with a comfy bed. We arrived to home made scones & biscuits in the room. Fresh milk was an added bonus as I hate those long life sachets. Breakfast also was lovely, with plenty of choice. Cromer itself is a fun night out so we will definitely return.
