Localização. Rapidez de resposta e comunicação com o hotel. Simpatia do staff e um dos membros do staff esperou até bastante tarde porque o nosso voo se atrasou. Emprestam chapéu de sol e toalhas de praia!

Não há limpeza adequada, muitas vezes nem sequer tiram o lixo entre noites. Não colocam toalhas lavadas todos os dias, mesmo tendo pedido que trocassem, disseram que só podiam trocar de 2 em 2 dias. A questão é que as toalhas não secam completamente no estendal por causa da humidade, ou seja éramos obrigadas a secarmo-nos em toalhas húmidas…. Só tem ar condicionado no quarto, ou seja a pessoa que dorme na sala não sente o ar condicionado….
