Ambiance, location and excellent breakfast (at additional charge)
No hot water in bathroom until 8:15AM. Wanted to shower at 7:30AM but only freezing cold water.
There was no offer made (e.g. free breakfast) to compensate for the discomfort. Check-out person fairly indifferent to the complaint, it was ‘one of those things that can happen) was her retort.
