The hotel was well positioned and the reception was extremely welcoming.
We arrived late and left early. There was no tea or coffee in the room. We had our own tea bags but were staggered to be charged ARS3,500 for a small amount of milk for us to use.
This attitude tarnished our stay, surely a little cup of milk can be provided?
We asked the receptionist to call a taxi and were told this would be ARS 28,500. The taxi charged us ARS 40,000 and didn’t use the meter. He of course refused to provide us with a receipt.
Surely the hotel should have a list of preferred taxis to the airport with a pre agreed charge?
