El diseño rĂșstico del hotel le da una vibra muy especial. Nos apoyaron en todo momento, el desayuno estaba delicioso. Las habitaciones estĂĄn limpias y espaciosas. Nos encantĂł todo!
ReservĂ© con varias semanas de antelaciĂłn, el hotel querĂa realizar el cobro por anticipado pero no contaban con la posibilidad de hacerlo mediante visa electron. Fue un poco incĂłmodo porque recibĂ varias alertas por parte de Booking y me preocupaba la cancelaciĂłn. Por fortuna, hubo soluciĂłn

the room is large and there are one full size bed and one twin bed. very comfortable. The location was fine however had to walk on a hill.
The hotel doesnât provide hot water to the guests except in the breakfast which has never seen in the other places. I was there for four nights and everyday, I had to find hot water some other places such as restaurants, to bring it back in such a cold weather! It is insane. This people should not open hotel if they donât care about the travelers.
The aptitudes toward non Spanish speakers is cold. You can find every inconvenient in details. The food labels are all non English, six jam jars standing, couldnât tell whatâs in there. The staff never bother to ask us what we need. They didnât understand nor say hot or cold in other language. The staff was standing there stared at us eating yet do nothing to help. It was very uncomfortable to eat there. The food were not fresh, the fruits were served the same each day, I can tell many are the leftovers.
The bathroom shower water is out of control, we were the for four nights, nobody bother to repair it.
