Easy access to the beach.
Size of the room.
Calm and good infrastructure.
Too old with aged fourniture and needs throughout repairs/maintenance.
The hotel has no beach area, so need to use public facilities and pay the beach chair.

The location and pool are fabulous.
The tiled floor in my room was wet and dangerous. I am nearly 80 years old and I wiped the floor dry with a towel so I could walk on it with more safety. The breakfast (which was included) was not good. Everything was cold.
