Older facility that could use a touch of paint and upgrades; friendly staff.

Large room; facilities all working order; pool was loved by little one

Limited breakfast needs to be ordered in advance; ants in room; secluded location so have tuk-tuk number handy (GRAB is also great option for longer excursions); limited restaurant choices in immediate vicinity

Great place for your break, conveniently located at the beach 🏖️ 😊

Welcoming friendly staff, special thanks to Nang and beer on the front desk, and to the manager Preeaporn who quickly resolved an issue on our arrival. Big room with lovely view of the beach. short walk to Tesco Lotus, 7/11, multiple restaurants, bars, Spa’s etc will definitely stay again 😀

Excellent Location and Good Value for Money

It was at a very quiet place and very near to the beach. The rooms were not only clean, but they were of good size too. The terrace was really good to have where you could relax, and the view was wonderful. I see in one of the comments someone said that the bed was hard, but they were really comfortable. There is a small marketplace nearby at a walking distance where you can buy anything and some good restaurants and bars as well. The message parlors were good too. I think it is one of the best location.

The Internet was reasonable, but it would have to be rebooted sometime and there is no bar/restaurant in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay.

The suite was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. Lovely balcony with ocean view. Staff were professional and courteous.

Our only negative experience was the shower. Water pressure was a little low and the temperature fluctuated.

Very conviniet family lux with large balcony and sea view. Near this hotel many mini markets and cafes. And its close to beach. Polite and kind stuff.

Peaceful stay in a great location. 20 minute walk from the nightlife.

The location was great. At the peaceful end of the resort and close to the beach. The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was big (it was actually a suite).

The hotel is a little tired now and will need an update on the next few years. It is about a 20 minute walk to the bars and shops in town though there is plenty close by.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The big room with the comfortable balcony, friendly staff, good located. In case I have an opportunity, I would like to stay here next time.

Since the breakfast is served in the room, it would be better to add a chair to the kitchen bar, so it would be more comfortable. Sometimes hot water disappears during showering for the short time, for me it wasn't a big deal, but anyway

met expectations

the two bedroom suite was excellent, with great views. For the rating of the hotel it was as expected a fairly basic place with no real facilities other than a small swimming pool. However, the room was clean, comfortable and suited my family well.

Great rooms and good location

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Huge suite with kitchen equipment but no pans. OK range of tv channels and strong WiFi. Very good access to the beach across the road. This is a great part of pattaya and less of a zoo than the main beach. Overall, we were impressed with the hotel.

Breakfast in the room meant food a bit cool when it arrived. Good choices though.

Great value for money on the beach - relaxing location

Spacious rooms and so close to the beach and restaurants. Great location away from the hustle of Pattaya. Beach was great and plenty of chairs

seemed to be ants everywhere - not a big issue. everything else was great!

there is nothing to be satisfied

the room got very terrible shower equipment, I cannot make the proper temperature for a shower. either too hot and too cold. and after 12 pm., the reception and house clean service kept pushing for check out without any manner
