Good bed, shower and air con, the fundamentals.
It is indeed a nice hotel.
Location.
Good service on the whole.
Nice balcony.
Breakfast was so so .
Surprised to arrive at 2030 and be greeted by a vacant reception, was 5 minutes before someone a gentleman appeared. Not the worst thing in the world but no expected at a hotel of this price, that said not a big deal we had a nice time.

Very spacious and comfortable. Rooftop pool, gym, sauna very good. Big hotel, very beautiful. Bathroom was great. Friendly staff
Smart TV didn‘t work properly. Whirpool didn‘t work. There was a kitchen, but no cooking equipment

The staff were excellent—polite and respectful.
Toilet flushing system: water flow is weak.

Good location
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were not informed that the rooftop swimming pool was closed for renovation, which was a major let-down.
There were also several room issues: one AC wasn’t working, no hair conditioner was provided, and there was no hot water at times. We also found leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. We were directed to use a QR code for room service, but the QR code wasn’t available.
