Everything was excellent, no complaints at all.
The pool was clean and nice but I never use pools. I like the sea and that is my only complain (not related to the hotel). The sea wasn’t the cleanest and the water wasn’t crystal clear. For that you have to go to the other beaches on the island and that is what we did.

Location, room size, facilities, cleanliness, helpful friendly staff.
Hotel guests seemed pretty sullen and some seemed dismissive to staff.

The room was clean and well furnished. We had a balcony - nice and functional.
Bar staff were accommodating and very helpful.
The waiter in the restaurant was very lovely and helpful.
There was live music some nights - lovely to listen to.
The outside bar area is really well kept and a lovely space to be after dinner. The choice of menu at the bar for food and drinks was good as was the food. Prices are reasonable.
The buffet dinner was ok and of good value. The waiting staff were lovely.
All in all, it’s a lovely hotel.
There aren’t enough sun beds for the guests around the pool. There is a polite notice that beds cannot be reserved with little effect or governance in place. Lots of beds had towels on them to reserve but no one appeared.
