We had a really comfortable stay at The Normandie.The room was really spacious with comfy armchairs, plenty of storage and we slept well in the comfortable bed. The shower was easy to use and perfect temperature.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, special mention to Steve who greeted us every morning and brought us top ups of sugar and biscuits.🙂
The bar itself was clean and comfortable with a decent menu and good beer choice, and a nice garden area.
We would certainly recommend this accomodation.

Lovely large room brilliant location
There was nothing to dislike only negative is when the property opposite does get finished there’s very large windows that could look straight in which will be a shame really

Bedroom seemed clean with water, tea coffee etc.
Shower head was disgusting and the sealant was black we tried to clean shower head but required replacement. We’re not informed of building work right opposite outside our window. Residents above kept us awake all night due to the floor boards being that creepy it felt like they were walking around our room. I do not normally give negative feedback but feel these issues need addressing and 9.0 in cleanliness was not correct x
