Fabulous breakfast. Very friendly owner. Within a few minutes walk of a 24 hour public car park.
Room was a bit small, but acceptable.

Quiet Location near the beach and parking. Easy 5-10 minute walk to centre of town. Fridge with water, milk and chocolate bars. Coffee pod machine also kettle for tea and hot chocolate mix.
Queen size bed, I read the information as a king/double bed.
Stairs to rooms, no elevator, could ask for help with luggage.

Great location, just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants.
Nice touch having a coffee machine in the room with fresh milk provided.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
The area was quiet overall, apart from the occasional seagulls.
Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, with fresh fruit and a good selection of cooked options, all freshly prepared.
The room was far too small for two people. It would be helpful if the room size (in square metres) was listed on the website, as many other properties do. Looking back, there was only one photo of the room showing the bed, which should have been a warning sign.
There was very little storage. There was no wardrobe, just a small shelf and a few hangers, so we ended up keeping our bags and belongings on the floor.
There was no hand soap or toilet paper in the room when we arrived, which was disappointing.
We weren't given any information about housekeeping. We assumed the room would be serviced daily until we realised we had to request it.
Breakfast starts at 8:00 am, which is quite late if you have early plans. As the owner prepares everything alone, there was also a wait for the cooked breakfast.
There were used coffee pods left in the coffee machine, which should have been checked before our arrival.
The room was very warm, and with no air conditioning it became uncomfortable, especially at night.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the television from the room next door. Fortunately, our neighbours were considerate and turned the volume down.
The bathroom was very cramped. The shower was so small that we kept knocking our elbows against the sides, the sink was tiny, and water splashed everywhere.
There was only one chair in the room despite it being a double room, so it wasn't really possible for both of us to sit comfortably and enjoy a drink or snack at the table.
