The rooms were clean, though there was some water on the floor of the bathroom (no idea where it came from). Breakfast was really nice and the staff was also really nice, polite and helpful.
In one of the four rooms, we had a small problem with the flush in the toilet but we told reception desk and when we came back a few hours later, the problem was solved. In other of the rooms, air conditioning was not working properly and my family spent all night without it (to be said, it was over 30 degrees Celsius outside, at night).

Good location in the central area, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Walking distance to central area. Best breakfast with lots of selections and very good quality.
No parking. It was good that we could return our rental car early at night rather than the next morning. And it was a very narrow street in front of the hotel, yet we managed to drop off the luggages to check-in as no other cars were behind us.
The room is very tiny yet we did manage, especially when we only had two very small size suitcases. But the room is nice and modern and clean, got everything we need.

Friendly staff, flexible check in, central location
The toilet wasn’t working in the room that I paid for and I was offered another room on another floor. I believe the room was a smaller than the previous one and had a single bed, even though I booked a room with a double bed. The rooms have very thin walls, so you can hear what others are doing/talking, however it wasn’t noisy at night from the street even though the location was very central. Room had quite a bit of signs of wear. Such as: it was defect in the floor, shower is poorely made, because the water keeps leaking on the floor after using it. Another incident worth to mention, is that the lady from the room service entered as I was changing clothes the first day- that was an awkward experience. I guess, it would be nice, if the hotel could offer some signs that the guest could hang on the door and it would let the staff know that we are inside.
