The location is perfect for exploring Galway City without being directly in the loud centre of town. The rooms are small, but have everything one needs, and are tastefully furnished. Car parking is available on site. The staff were always incredibly friendly.
It was very easy to hear guests in other rooms. A few quality of life improvements would be nice, e.g. check there are teaspoons with the mugs for coffee; check the toilet seat lid stays up.

Bit far from the centre for someone like me who doesnt have a vehicle and doesnt know the place but its fine. Everything was great. As a checkout time no staffs were at the reception but i think its good because i left the key on the desk

Very nice and safe location, close to the attractions. I have met 3 receptionists in the duration of my stay and they were all very lovely and helpful. The room is very cozy and the water pressure is the shower was amazing.

The lower bunk bed was super low with the risk of hitting the head
