Great location! Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Very small TV (which I didn't watch anyway). Shower was very good. Exceeded expectations.

Location close to transportation hubs, attractions and eateries. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us.
A minor inconvenience was that the elevator was programmed to stop at the second floor every time the third floor was requested. As I said, a MINOR oddity.

The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They provided great recommendations for what to do and where to eat, especially for things beyond the usual tourist haunts. The location was convenient for access to the train station, the tour bus departures, and for walking around the city. Also, the pub downstairs had great food, drinks, music, and staff.

It was a weekend, and the noise was LOUD. I will not give it more than 2 stars
