Staying above an Irish pub is about as noisy as you think but the room was cozy and we slept well once the bar closed. The breakfast was included and I’d highly recommend it! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the city shops are easily walkable!
The parking is pretty tight and there are not enough spots for everyone staying there. The bathrooms are also quite small and the water pressure for the shower was basically nonexistent and had trouble staying hot.

The room was not over the pub but a free standing building very close. Our room was large with a king bed and plenty of space for 2
